- Scope
These Terms and Conditions govern the online sale of handcrafted ceramic products created and sold by Pascal S.r.l., in accordance with Italian Consumer Law (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and Italian e-commerce regulations (Legislative Decree 70/2003).
- Product Characteristics
All products are entirely handmade, both in form and decoration.
As a result:
- each item is unique;
- slight variations in shape, color or decoration may occur compared to photos or samples;
- such variations are an intrinsic value and characteristic of artistic craftsmanship.
👉 These variations do not constitute defects and do not entitle the customer to make claims.
Some products may not be immediately available and can be made to order. Production times will be communicated prior to order confirmation.
- Product Availability
In the event that a product is unavailable:
- the customer will be promptly informed;
- the customer may choose to wait for production, modify the order, or cancel it;
- in case of cancellation, any amount already paid will be refunded.
- Ordering Process
Purchases may be made:
- as a registered user;
- as a guest (non-registered user).
The customer selects products, adds them to the cart, and completes the order by following the online instructions.
Before final confirmation, the following are always displayed:
- selected products;
- total price;
- shipping costs and packaging fees.
- Prices
All prices are expressed in Euros (€).
Any applicable VAT, duties or taxes are calculated in accordance with current regulations.
For non-EU customers, any customs duties, import taxes or local charges are entirely the responsibility of the recipient and are not controlled by the seller.
- Payments
Payment may be made using:
- credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners)
All transactions are processed via secure SSL servers and certified external payment gateways.
Pascal S.r.l. does not have access to credit card details.
Payment is charged only after the order has been accepted and confirmed.
- Shipping and Delivery
Shipments are handled via national and international express couriers, primarily DHL for international deliveries.
- average shipping time: within 15 days, excluding made-to-order items;
- shipping costs depend on weight, destination and packaging type;
- shipping costs are clearly displayed before order confirmation.
The customer must ensure that someone is available to receive, sign for and immediately inspect the package upon delivery.
- Non-EU Shipments – Customs Procedures
For shipments outside the European Union, the forwarder may contact the customer directly to:
- request documentation;
- collect customs duties and/or import taxes, where applicable.
All procedures are completed online and must be handled promptly.
Failure or delay in responding may result in the automatic return of the shipment to Italy, with additional costs.
- Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Articles 52–59 of the Italian Consumer Code, customers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery, by notifying the seller.
⚠️ The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- products made to measure;
- customised or personalised products.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Damaged Goods and Insurance
All products are carefully packed and shipped with insurance coverage.
In the event of damage during transport:
- the customer must contact customer service within 7 days of delivery;
- clear photographic evidence must be provided, including:
- the damaged item,
- the external box,
- the internal packaging and protection materials;
- without timely and complete photographic documentation, insurance claims cannot be validated.
Instructions for replacement or refund will be provided after verification.
- Minors
Persons under the age of 18 may not place orders online without the consent of a legal guardian.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law.
Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the consumer’s competent court, where applicable.
