A fresh white background highlights the colorful hand-painted anchovies. Meanwhile, a deep blue rim frames the composition and gives the tray its distinctive Mediterranean character.

Inspired by the Amalfi Coast

The anchovies are more than a decorative motif. Their colors and movement draw inspiration from the Mediterranean Sea and the Amalfi Coast.

Deep blues and turquoise recall the sea. Greens evoke the coastal vegetation, while softer warm tones reflect the sunlight and colors of the coastline.

The Anchovy Sushi & Serving Tray comes in three different sizes. Therefore, you can choose the right format for small bites or more generous shared presentations.

We adapt the decorative composition to the proportions of each tray. In other words, we do not simply enlarge or reduce the same design.

The smallest size features a more compact arrangement of anchovies. The medium tray offers more space and creates a fuller composition.

Finally, the largest format includes a greater number of anchovies across its longer surface. This creates more movement while keeping the design balanced.

Because each size has different proportions, every tray has its own character. However, all three maintain the distinctive identity of the Anchovies Collection.

From Sushi to Mediterranean Aperitivo

The smallest tray works beautifully for olives, small appetizers, cookies and other bites. It can also serve as a stylish rest for serving utensils.

The medium and large sizes offer more room for sushi, antipasti, finger food and dishes for sharing.
